      Pros

      The atmosphere is really good. The people are really nice and it's very laid back. They are very understanding and willing to work with you.

      Cons

      They are not very organised. A lot of what they do is by the seat of their pants. They don't have a very structured QA process yet.

      Pros

      Lots of the small company feel was lost when ECI bought them out, but still decent. Family friendly.

      Cons

      Like most Utah jobs, you dont get paid what you are worth. Got a massive increase moving out of state.
