Senior QA - QA Automation Engineer Digital IT Employee Review

Pros- 1)Starting compensation pretty high. 2)Good training before live projects, on-call assitance available on-site. 3)Expenses taken care of during training. 4)Paychecks are on time.

Cons- 1)Too much of faking resume and third party always gives the interviews on your behalf. So, you directly go to the client site, unprepared, and could face a lot of grilling questions. 2)Management is reachable only via email or phone. Physical presence is absent. I.e- if your paycheck is late you just have to believe that it will come thorugh and wait. 3)No mercy whatsoever at the client site, they offer better projects at better clients- basically they simply send you to clients who are willing to pay the most. Its mostly a profit business with little care taken of the employee. 4)Company frequently relocates to different locations very often. This shows an unstable nature of the working force and the management. 5)Management tries to hide their real names from employees. 6)So called the real headquarters address is nothing but an apartment address. No true office building exists. 7) Company does not provide relocation costs in any way. If any of your projects go bad, you have to entirely depend on your savings to relocate and travel to a new project.

Nice and friendly people, very helpful when needed.

Very hard to get position after initial start and medical and 401K benefits are not so competitive.
