The process takes a little longer

They say that "All Work, No Rest and No Play" makes it a very dull day! Well, that's not the case here at Digital Monopoly. As an employee, I know I have a responsibility to fulfill my duties effectively, efficiently, ethically and professionally for my employer and my clients. And in saying this, my day is consumed with the duties I need to complete. But, on the flipside, whenever I need "time out" a "break" or even go for a 10 min stroll, no questions are asked, no "eyebrows" are raised. The culture is easy, laid-back and friendly. Collectively as a team, we all support each other in times of urgency, while having a laugh and maintaining a high sense of positive moral. Personally, I've worked for national corporate companies, and have run my own company, and I am proud to state that I am an employee of DIgital Monopoly.

There's no real drawback working here.
