Cons

- Constantly evolving processes - Small project scopes or low budgets can limit the ability to innovate - Small subject-matter teams (pro & con - great opportunity for individualized attention yet can often feel like working in a silo)

Pros

I was always impressed with the CEO and leadership folks. There was a real empathy about how they managed the company.

Cons

Like any growing firm, growing pains were there, but we got to see their progression as they tackled various things.

- CEO - Unlimited PTO - Location

Cons

Toxic environment. Middle management attacks their employees instead of encouraging and supporting them. They do not take any accountability for their mistakes and instead blame, demean and attack the very people that are trying to help them. It's very much a cover your behind type of environment. So if you like to be verbally abused, demeaned and work in a combative environment then this is your place.

As I've always done over the years, I would ask that if you really are a "current employee" with DO that you setup a meeting with myself to discuss the above. Everyone's experience has its own context, so if what you described above is really happening, then I'd love to hear why and work with you to address it.
