NOC technician - Technician Digital Realty Employee Review

Not enough technicians to have complete shift coverage when someone is on PTO or out sick. Lack of information flow from Management to lower personnel. It feels like there is a lack of cohesion between the Digital Realty culture and Telx culture. FKA Telx employees seem to be left out..if that makes sense.
