I've experienced "Open-door-policy" and a 1st-class support system, from Site Management, right up to Regional. Second-to-None! Almost literally handed the "Keys to the Kingdom" from the start, I'm being given every-tool in the toolbox to be a success-story at our Site. I'm being included in discussions and have a voice in decision-making, that will have an impact on the sites' image and viability. Every department on our site plays a crucial role, and all are treated with respect across-the-board. The Vaughan,Ontario,Canada site has an extremely bright future ahead of it. Mostly due to the high-caliber Management overseeing it all. Glad I found this Company!
