Pros
Great company in the overall. In UK culture has taken a very positive upturn after merging with Interxion. Supportive environment, flexible work from a certain level and above (I used to be a low level/junior PM), work life balance, team events, if you are the right person in the right moment you can grow up very easily
Cons
Everything in some teams is spoiled by the mushroom management style. That is a real and massive plague.
