Onboarding Experience - Senior Data Center Manager Digital Realty Employee Review

Great onboarding experience! Prior to day one I had a meet and greet with the Leaders of the Teams that I would be working with. On day one a new Mobile Phone and Laptop was on my desk. My manager provided me with a list of things that I should focus to ensure that I had access to all things needed to perform my role. My manager and his manager both traveled to my location to greet me. Very good experience that made feel at home right away.
