      Digital realty is a great organization to work for. Senior Leadership is focused and on point. Excellent smart people to work with. Great benefits and plenty of room to grow.

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
