Roles not clearly defined
Salaries are a disaster and likely based on who you report to, I'd guess there is not much parity. I believe they do not compete well in the market and have removed all salary data from the internet. Got a job offer and structure of the offer was stretched out so that the full number would not be realized for <2 years
