- Simplistic - Good Pay - Friendly Environment - Rapidly Growing Overall a great place to work, but the con to this place is what can make it hard to retain employees when other data centers are willing to pay more.

Cons

- Career progression depends on who you know. - Backfilling employees is unhurried - New hire hopefuls may have to wait 2-6 months just for an interview

Pros

Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

Cons

Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
