      Unlimited PTO (make sure to take it every month) and health benefits are great

      Cons

      No RSU's, promotions don't come to you unless you ask them (common in most places, a lot of work to do with small team, communication.

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
