No formal product training, only peer to peer so no baseline for performance or knowledge.
Ego's over experience, people with titles that like to swing them around rather than listen to team members that have direct experience in their areas. Would rather stamp their authority instead of focusing on the customer experience.
No progression unless you suck up, if your face doesn't fit then you are going nowhere.
Lots of 'You should do it that way' but no alternatives that work so you live in 'workaround' mode all the time.
Happy to pile on the responsibilities without any increase in compenation.
