Pros

+Great co-workers who are laid back people +No sale quotas so you don't have to worry about upselling +Hires anyone willing to learn regardless of background meaning its easy to get your foot in the door when new

Cons

-Poor line of communication with management -Employees are encouraged and sometimes punished for not being self sufficient but are not given the guidelines nor resources needed -Management micromanages employees and has gone on record -Promotions and raises never given -High turn over rate leaves very few senior staff -Does not reward employee loyalty

Pros

Your voice is respected, so far it seems like Digital Storm values the opinions of their employees. Staff is all very helpful and informative with corresponding departments, Its nice to see that Digital Storm is actively trying to make the team feel valued and appreciated.

Pros

There's a lot of exposure to new gaming pieces of tech and the gaming computer industry

Cons

Management has no clear direction or vision for the business, constantly pushing new start-up ideas without offering any benefits or improvements for employees, and a clear lack of care for people. It only takes a few meetings to understand that management only cares about money, and there is no mission or real interest in the people or doing something meaningful in the industry.
