Pros
The People that work there are great. The ones that stay really care and treat the company like it's their own. If you put in the time and effort you get rewarded with raises and/or a bonus which I saw first hand. They were very generous with free food, lunches and fun company outings. They let go people that didn't want to put in the work which is refreshing. Management is also very understanding of employees with families and/or other situations that may require them to take a time off outside of vacation.
Cons
very fast paced environment so if you want to just work 8-5 and never do anything outside of that this is not the place for you. Internet Marketing is probably not for you.
