Pros
I love the flexibility of the company. Management is very understanding and tries to work with everyone to help them personally, but still keep coverage in the company for our clients. I understand there are people that if they do not get their way 100% they will be upset at the company, but it IS a business and it needs to be ran as such, with great employees and management. I have loved how this company has transformed in the 4yrs I have been here. The benefits are competitive with the current market for FT employees, and a few for PT employees. The future of this company looks very positive to me... why else would I stay here?!

well... only thing i can think of right now... tornados are closer to the office now, not a fan of THAT!
