Cool Work Culture, Sincere and Empathetic Management - Social Media Manager Digital Vidya Employee Review

I used to work as a Social Media Manager at Digital Vidya. Work culture was very cool when I used to work over there in 2011. Management was very supportive and helped the employees wherever required. It was like a family to me in the initial days of Digital Vidya. Also, the commitment towards the training participants was really great which helped establish its brand over the years. I recently joined Digital Vidya for a short onsite consulting project and It is heartening to me that although the Company has grown in terms of the total number of employees as well as business, they have maintained that same cool culture, freedom for their employees as well commitment towards training participants, even after so many years, which is commendable!
