Lovely People - Across all teams everyone I got to know were welcoming and friendly. Many aspects of the work were interesting and some projects I worked on were fascinating.

Work levels were inconsistent - sometimes all hours of the day and sometimes things were a bit leaner. Very flexible remote learning policy sometimes meant it was easy to feel a little detached from the team/wider company as a whole.

- “Generous” annual leave compared with others

- Unreliable hours, expectation to work weekends and evenings - No bonus schemes or good company benefits apart from the “generous” annual leave which they constantly remind you of - Instead of compensating you financially, you will receive drinks once a week in an attempt to keep you happy and quiet - Barely any POC working for the company, even in lower ranks - the lack of diversity and inclusion is shocking - If you want somewhere that actually cares, I’d avoid joining this company at all costs
