- Very supportive, open culture - Amazing colleagues to work with, great team communication & collaboration - Had some really fun team events - Summer Fridays in 2022 (having Friday afternoons off) - Some cool projects - Flexible hours and working from home - Opportunity to try new things and learn

- Didn't feel supported or connected with global HQ / other studios - Hard to get a hold of a few key contacts in the other studios - Wearing multiple hats (this is both a pro and con)
