- Didn't feel supported or connected with global HQ / other studios - Hard to get a hold of a few key contacts in the other studios - Wearing multiple hats (this is both a pro and con)

They are always talking about "silo breaking", but we are the biggest silo company of them all. Every country is doing their own thing. Specifically Sweden needs to get a clearer vision and respect the agile workflow to not drift off into a code sweatshop.
