      Pros

      The pros are that they have a lot of interesting accounts and a well-established creative team.

      Cons

      The major cons lie in middle-management which infuses a culture of micro-management and division amongst teams. The creative team works alone, and so do the client servicing team and the strategy team.

      Pros

      Digitas is an incredible organization comprised of some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. The clients, the people, the work... all incredible and I'm grateful for my time there.

      Cons

      Politics can sometimes get in the way of growth, but that is pretty common in the industry. The only other watch out is for folks that are considering exploring other capabilities/crafts, they may not be as receptive to that as they lead on.
