Pros
Great company culture. Friendly work environment. Space for personal growth. Lots of useful benefits like yearly bonuses, pension savings, easy Skoda car finance program etc.
Cons
Incremental pay raises cannot keep up with the employees market value. So you end up feeling trapped by your own conformity, because you actually like the place, but you know you should leave because you are losing money every month by not switching companies. Sad but true.
