Pros

Massive opportunities for expanding your skills in the booming Fintech industry. Top-tier tech with a sincere commitment by stakeholders to deliver customers that one in 100 experience only care and deep iteration can bring to software. The culture is transparent from the top down and discourages regular meetings outside the three all-hand check-ins per week. The leadership is ahead of the game on remote work, and they organize IRLs a few times a year (pre-pandemic) to keep a refreshing balance of facetime while leveraging the long-term benefits of a decentralized workforce. Management does an entertaining, brilliant job of keeping us all connected with random goodie drops and surprise announcements that keep the energy rolling from one set of goals to the next. I have no hesitance in saying this is the best company I've worked for so far in my professional career.

Cons

An ultra-fast-paced work culture that might be hard to keep up with if you come from a traditional corporate background. Agency and trust are yours and pay off if used properly, but the opposite is true - if you need close management and constant direction, probably not for you.

Pros

Amazing benefits, great team, good work/life balance and flexibility for daily life stuff (kids, pets, appointments, travel, etc.). The culture is one of the best I've experienced and everyone is really friendly, positive and encouraging—no egos or arguing here. They look for the best of the best so everybody here is super smart and talented, which only makes you better. CEO is one of the best (and brightest) people I've ever worked with and is very involved.

Cons

We're moving quickly and priorities can shift often, so being flexible is a must. We have the usual startup/growth pains of building or refining processes as we go. Sometimes launches or events can be stressful but it's manageable and there's always tons of support.
