9yThe individuals who have written these posts were dismissed from working at BugFinders due to a serious act of misconduct; these posts simply reassure us that we made the right decision in asking them to leave. Interestingly, we had no reason to pay out these individuals’ notice pay after what they did to us, but we did anyway – which only makes these comments even more disappointing. Whilst we are far from the finished article, we’re working really hard to create a vibrant, motivated and energetic culture and today we’re noticeably closer as a team. We promise to redouble our efforts to be the best people we can be - and to continue to serve our delighted customers and the hundreds of testers around the world who we employ, many of whom earn very little income elsewhere.
On behalf of the close, family unit that now exists at BugFinders we’d like to make it clear that these comments are not a true representation of our organisation’s cultures or beliefs. These comments (and we assume the ones that will follow) are as sad as they are inaccurate. Despite all of that, we continue to wish these individuals every success in the future and hope they find a role that inspires them down the line. Finally, this author is not afraid to hide behind anonymity (nor shall I release the names of these individuals as it will damage their future opportunities). My name is Richard Blundell and I’m very proud to be the Managing Director of a truly exciting, passionate, dedicated business full of talented and extraordinary people who care about each other very much. We won’t comment again despite the abuse that will surely follow and thank you for your time in reading this. P.S If you’re talented and aspirational – why don’t you come and join this fantastic journey. Give us a call!
