Pros

The people and immediate managers are very friendly. Fully stocked kitchen. Monthly appreciation and performance awards. Great building and location.

Cons

Only hired through a staffing agency. I was told that all new employees are "permanent temporarily." Settlement Associates will fall behind and then they will hire 50+ new employees but will fire them as soon as their caught up. SVP's and Operation Managers will make you cancel files in order for them to meet BofA guidelines leaving you to deal with disgruntled customers.

I haven't been employed at Dignified Home Loans very long, but I have had a wonderful experience thus far. Management is easily accessible, warm and welcoming. They are happy to converse with their employees and help problem solve. As a mom, I feel very supported and understood, I am also surrounded by tons of other parents as the company is very family friendly. It is a small company comprised of a team of leaders who truly care about their employees. This is reflected by the loyalty of their employees who have been with them for decades. I am incredibly happy to be apart of the team.
