Pros

International exposure Global work culture

Cons

Hiring team do not know the target salary for any particular role. They interviewed me for over 2 weeks n then communicated the salary n other compensation n benefits n also interviewed 2 of my references to know my relevant work experience and conduct in the past but at the time to releasing offer letter the recruiter informed that they didn't get approval for the amount they committed once I was selected n rather were asking me if I m interested to draw the same salary I was drawing back 3yrs ago. Total waste of time. Had I believed them n resigned from my current company I would have been in total mess. Company in India banagalore has not even been formed so it is better to not be open for any positions at this company for at least another 3 years. Let them settle down and b clear in terms of what they want to do. Until 2026 stay away from diligent and rsam technologies in bangalore.

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear this was your experience, as it certainly is not what we strive to deliver to potential colleagues. Clarity around compensation expectations during the interview process is deeply important to us, as is ensuring that our interview team members are set up for success in describing the opportunities for growth and development at Diligent. We would very much like to discuss this further with you, and someone from our leadership team will be in touch with you directly. Thank you, again, for your feedback. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
