Revenue obsessed management with questionable work ethics. Sales staff are borderline bullied and harassed by the yet ever changing management structure, favoritism is rife. Too many middle managers who are useless, inexperienced and have no clue. Their solution is to manage people out instead of solving problems. Encourage staff to harass clients and prospects with ridiculous discounts to get any amount of money into this increasingly failing organization. Was once a great place to work. Ruining the reputation of your sales staff in the process and making false promises to clients that you cannot deliver on.
