Pros

Supportive management. 5 weeks PTO and 2 weeks off a year company wide. Promoted twice in 3 years with pay rises each year. Collaborative culture and people are generally pleasant company wide.

Cons

Can be some pressure at quarter ends, but expected in SaaS.

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
