Pros
Great company to work for; growing fast but there seems to be a strong focus on hiring top talent, not just anyone. I really enjoy working with everyone on the sales team and interfacing with other departments; there is some great banter in the office. Sales targets are attainable and commission plan is very competitive. Seen as the market leader with a client retention rate among the very highest in the SaaS industry and excellent client base. Not the most interesting product ever created but there is a strong need, it makes customers lives easier and therefore it's easy to have total belief in and be passionate about the product. I like that often in the sales cycle you are presenting to c-level and sometimes the board of directors because they use the product and often need to approve the purchase.

I would like to see a 360 review process; not just 180.
