      Pros

      It was a really great to be surrounded by younger people and have a chance to work closely with the founder on actual projects. You really get to do a lot of things even if you are assigned to one specific kind of internship.

      Cons

      I wish the internship would’ve been paid considering all the work we did. Also it would’ve been nice to not work in a shared collaborative work space

      Pros

      Very flexible work environment, and open-ended feedback from supervisors in charge.

      Cons

      Project guidelines can seem a little ambiguous at times, and room to grow into a more full time position is non-existent.
