Great people who are fun to work with. Super chill office environment and open workspace. People bring their dogs to the office from time to time. You actually learn a lot and do meaningful work. Freedom to explore across departments and do work in other departments. Occasional music events and team outings. Flexible hours and scheduling. Opportunities to meet and work with cool artists. Very well-stocked fridge and pantry. Great location in DTLA.

Biggest con is that it’s unpaid, but I didn’t mind because the people and the experiences (and the unlimited snacks/drinks) made it worth it. Some of the work can get boring because it is routine and repetitive.
