Pros
There are no pros, it is the worst place I have ever worked.
Cons
Someone died from the conditions this place forced them to work under. No AC in the summer (Nevada gets close to 120 degrees) no heat in the winter. Stitchers are expected to be perfect and paid less than walmart employees. Stitchers are expected to do the jobs of people paid $60-70k a year who can't do their own jobs because they are too busy standing around and chatting. Stitchers are berated and blamed when orders are cut wrong five times in a row and have to work twelve hour days until they manage to print and cut something correctly so it can actually be stitched. Stitchers were forced to absorb another department, one ran by a man making $72k a year, with no pay raise and effectively doubling their work with no training on how to handle that department. Also, low-key racist. They reprimand black employees for practically nothing and things that every one else can do. And to reiterate, a great woman died because of the management's treatment of the stitchers, the lowest paid people in the building. They're going broke anyway, and I'm sure that won't improve.
