Women are not empowered, doesn't feel safe to express concerns in this work environment. They do surveys about these things but then nothing is done. No frequency of 'all hands' or 'town halls' so transparency is nowhere. Also, we had an incredible board member that inspired all of us - where did she go? She was amazing, full stop. Diversity is "ticking a box" VS. being real.
