Pros

The team (direct peers) you work with is amazing. Pay is amazing for an outsourced employee.

Cons

They outsourced everything during Covid, and now they're whitewashing everything back to American hires only since they're doing well again. They won't say it but the way they're hiring and firing people is pretty obvious. Also, good luck trying to get help from management with clients. If you ask for help, they will make you feel like everything is your fault because you aren't trying hard enough or being resourceful enough or attentive enough, and if you don't ask for help, they will ask you why you didn't ask for help. It's a lose-lose situation either way. They think because they pay you well, they can curse at you, overwork you and disrespect you any which way to Sunday.

Pros

My coworkers have been great to work with, but I can’t say the same thing about my experience with Dineline. I’ve been stressed, exhausted, and burnt out ever since I started working here, and I wouldn’t say the effort is worth it because of how unrewarding my job is as well. If you’re considering applying for a position here, I would suggest looking for other opportunities instead.

Cons

Management cares about metrics above everything else. They couldn’t care less about your well-being; they push employees past their limits and force them to work long hours, assign them brutal workloads, and set unrealistic expectations for them to meet. What makes things even more frustrating is how incompetent and narrow-minded they are; they believe that employees who work longer = more work getting done, which simply isn’t true. I’ve seen a lot of talented and hardworking coworkers be ignored, unrewarded, and even reprimanded at times, simply because they didn’t push themselves to work long hours, even if they’ve done more work than anyone else.
