Pros
I have been working with Dineout from last 3 years and it has been hell of ride till now. Listing down the positives 1. Founders: The very first thing which stands apart in Dineout is their Founders. All 4 of them are fantastic human beings. They treat you as one of their friends. You can get in a friendly banter with them, openly debate on business points, walk upto them at any hour of the day and seek help or simply sneak away their lunch boxes and finish it off - they never mind. 2. Times Internet Backing - Now every one knows this but this start up is backed up by Times Group. Hence there a certain stability in terms of financial conditions and job security. One can call it a blend of Startup and Big Corporate Culture. 3. Flexibility on Job Profiles: Imagine you like digital marketing and you have skills to excel in the role but professional experience is confined to operations. Others may buff it but not at Dineout. They listen to you and try their best to accommodate your request at the earliest. Additionally, if you have ideas suggestions for product or marketing; you are more than welcome to work on it along with respective teams. If you have to relocate to other metro city, you can explore options within Dineout or Times Internet Ltd itself.
Cons
No one is perfect and so is Dineout. 1. Commuting to sector 125 Noida is a challenge if you live in Mid of Delhi or Gurgaon. 2. You have to be in Office until 10:30 am else be ready to pay fine. Yes , you have 4 life lines per month before you pay the fine. 3. Parking Space: If you own a car and plan to commute to office, you will have to come a bit early else you will be parking it outside where parking rates are at par to petrol rates in Delhi. 4. As most of processes ( Hiring , Legal , Finance etc) are aligned with central Times Teams, things move with a slow pace.
