Pros
- The team is very friendly, young and creative, at least the ones I worked with. They make you feel very welcome. - You will always have job to do so you will keep yourself very busy everyday. - They integrate everyone in the decisions of the company no matter what department you are, or if you just started working there, you will always know what's going on. - There were free Pizza and Beers for everyone every month.
Cons
- After a while you might feel that you are stuck doing the same over and over. - Some Managers are too passive.
