Maladministration; For you to grow, you are expected to work overtime; Managers who are not experts in their field; No processes; A new project every 6 months that after all teams have invested time/budget doesn't work and goes to waste; No growth prospects if you're not at headquarters at least twice a week; Salary well below average; No morals (they want the cheapest employees, always); No diversity on the board; No HR.
