Toxic working culture - Anonymous employee Ding Employee Review

Soon after I started, several coworkers left, and the workload increased significantly due to a change in strategy. My manager was passive-aggressive and didn’t provide any written feedback for performance reviews until the final one. There was also a lack of training and support for entry-level employees. The workplace lacked diversity, with most employees being white men and no women in leadership positions. Bonuses were nearly nonexistent despite the extra workload. Overall, my experience at Ding was disappointing.
