      Pros

      Freedom to create my own business segment, run my own strategy. Management were supportive when you are building your strategy but do expect you repay that when times are good. Relaxed working environment, all the tools are provided for you to succeed.

      Cons

      None really - office needed to refurbished a little - but that was done after I left.

      Pros

      Descent office for having cleint meetings. Some good people and average payout

      Cons

      Bad name that is embarrassing to mention to prospects and clients. Very little support from management. Traders just watch sports for most of the day on trading floor, which is distracting.
