Pros
Learning curve is pretty steep due to the use of the ERP and certain processes, but nature of the work is pretty easy once you get used to it. You do the same thing every day - which could be a good thing or a bad thing. Base pay is low but the overall salary with everything added is decent - pretty good for Busan. Atmosphere has become quite laid back over the years and you get to be on close and friendly terms with the higher management which I personally think is a plus. I really do love this company but the work and lifestyle here has recently become sort of.. uninteresting.
Cons
Nothing particularly horrible about the place. The current CEO lashes out sometimes but it's not frequent. Pay is good - "for Busan". One major issue I have with this company though is that there is no real HR where you can raise issues you face against another employee or your other concerns. You can take it to your head of department or team lead but I can't say any real action is taken against the person you are 'suing'. So, you're unable to take action against overly disrecpectful employees and their horrible actions won't be reflected in their employee evaluation at all. No HR..
