      Pros

      Working for the diocese allows for a mission driven experience. While no workplace is perfect, working for the diocese did afford me the opportunity to exercise a commitment to discipleship.

      Cons

      Salary and benefits were not very competitive.

      Bishop is a great man!

      Cons

      Terrible lack of training in all departments. Boss is very disrespectful along with his entire staff. Mean spirited workers. Not very organized and say mean comments to cut you down for no reason.
