Pros

Some staff are hard workers. Locations in the bay areas are easy to get to when traveling between them.

Cons

Where do I start? The owner is a joke. Misdiagnosed cases, very closed minded, constant protocol changes, poor communication, the focus is always how much he can squeeze out of a patient, not how he can make things better for them. Benefits are minimal and they do not offer family coverage.

Pros

Amazing friendly staff Great flexible working hours. Rocklin location is easy to get to and access. Management is caring and supportive.

Cons

Training could be a little more involved. Modules are great but if you are a hands on learner like I am. Someone walking you through everything makes it easier.

Pros

Tons of support from higher ups, remote reception, sales team and billing department!! I feel like I get more face time with patients with the support we’re given and the patient connection is what I love about healthcare. We are always thinking of ways to improve! Our patient base is really great and I love being able to provide care throughout the Bay Area when people move or have a job in a city that’s different from where they live we can always take care of their needs. The pay is great, benefits offered along with 401k and PTO. Opportunities for overtime.

Cons

Had a few bad apples that have found new offices, so happy with our current team!
