I think review some of the freebies that take up time to generate for clients: including developing competence framework, role profile - job and person spec, 100 day challenge plan, and generates brochure on the client work culture, ethos, succession planning and development the role can expect in next 12 -24 months - all free!!!! Should charge for head hunting services which are free and part of the normal service None just keep doing what you are doing developing staff, paying very well and pleasing clients who are
