Pros
The work environment and the people that you generally work with are pleasant. The office is usually well organized and there is a family dynamic within the team.
Cons
Some parts of management seem to be very detached and unconcerned about the entire process of organizing the office, in general. The salary is a bit less than desirable, unless you are a skilled fundraiser. That was not my position, however.
