PLEASE READ IF CONSIDERING WORKING HERE. Management couldn't care less about the employees. Every Loan officer in the sales pit has a different base salary, and commission structure, which segues into my next point, that only 3 or 4 people out of all the loan officers make any real money like what they tell you is possible when you first start. Also, don't get ahead of yourself and think that you're going to be "one of the salesman who make great money," because the only people that do are the ones they delegate all of the realtor business to, and there's nothing you can do to change that. If you're looking to join a company that's at least competitive in the marketplace, you also don't want to work here. Closing costs and rates are through the roof, and management keeps trying to "sell the benefit" which there is none that can't be obtained through another, most likely cheaper lender. Also when i said that management doesn't care about the employees that also extends to the owners. Others who've reviewed them say the same thing when I say that they live in their own bubble. Their exorbitant salaries (almost 200 for managers I can't imagine what the owners make) distancing themselves from reality and employees alike.
So in summation, you don't make money, management rapes you in commission, you can't even trust your manager. Oh and the environment is demoralizing - you'll cry everyday on the way to work.
