Pros
Amazing coworkers, somewhat competitive pay, lots of opportunity for growth (experience wise, not financially), good for first medical job if you're used to fast paced and high stress work environments, really good insurance benefits, hours are good if you're single and don't typically make plans outside of work, all the providers are outstanding people who care very much about what they do.
Cons
Extremely high turnover rate, toxic corporate (good intentions, bad impact). Finically struggling when I left so raises weren't on the table and no 401K when I left, no "profit share" like advertised. (granted I know a lot changed between when I was hired and when I left). Due to high turnover patients aren't cared for above and beyond what any other ortho could provide. Were told "we are different and not like the others" but providers are told to upsell sometimes unnecessary DME and injections. Front Desk is severely overworked, causing the flow of the clinic to struggle because we cant keep up with all the tasks and expectations. New practice managers are left to figure things out on their own, so no true higher up for new people to go to (its takes time for the PMs to learn everything because its ALOT). To sum it up they're going through some painful growing pains and the staff is struggling because of it.
