Pros
They had good PTO, immediate coworkers were all great, culture was okay within specific departments.
Cons
They will terminate you over anything, even when the situation was not your fault. Upper management has absolutely no idea what employees actually do. They will hire outside of the credit union rather than loyal employees, which gives no room for growth and obliterates employee morale. HR does NOT back you up or help you. Departments do not communicate to each other. Nepotism is rampant. They will promote favorite employees to a position that didn’t previously exist, even if they have no idea what the department they are overseeing does. Upper management can socialize all day long, but anyone below them may not leave their desk for more than 15 minutes without being accused of “abandoning their post”. Communication is lacking, even within a department. The pay is not even remotely fair for the work output expected in any member facing department, and the departments that are not member facing are over staffed with little to do.
