Lovely team of people who all cared about each other’s welfare, including the management team. Had to be done via video calls as we all worked from home. But we did meet up a few times a year or paid for by the company, including travel expenses. We were allowed to make decisions, and that gave me great confidence, rather than having to stick to the rules and regulations. Management used to pile in and help when there was a backlog and they weren’t afraid of dealing with any difficult customers.
Cons
Not really, there’s always somebody at the end of the phone, even if they were off you could WhatsApp or call them. If there was a problem you needed help with to solve.
