Competitive pay Dynamic environment Family-run agile small business Direct access to upper management Casual environment Good place to get started in PC sales/maintenance/etc Varied experience - everyone at the office has to do a bit of everything
Cons
Not really a con IMO, but if you don't get along well with coworkers and management you won't last long. Not much in the way of benefits for hourly workers Office is busy non-stop with both calls and walk-ins, so very little chance to relax
