Worked in IT Support for approximately one year. The environment lacked trust and autonomy, as management maintained excessive oversight over employees’ day-to-day activities. There was a noticeable difference in how long-term employees were treated compared to newer staff members, which created an uneven workplace culture.
Workplace accommodations and employee concerns did not appear to be taken seriously, and management was not very open to feedback or professional growth discussions. Overall, the culture felt overly restrictive and lacked the supportive and collaborative environment.
